get all the credit and all the profit from the products

have come to expect workers who are (apparently) already trained for a job,
because the workers know exactly how to pass the job application test,

and the workers seem to produce correct and profitable products,
(even though the products are really produced by foreign workers in foreign
factories,
then secretly swapped into the US company inventory,
